About Union

Tamil Film Producers Association The South Indian Film Workers Federation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the south indian movie still cameramen's Association.The terms for pay and wages for three years are accepted by all three parties.

 

The terms are as follows:

 

1.These exemplary rules only made for Tamil films.

 

2.Producers who are members of the Tamil Film Producers Union have been accorded priority to hire any of the people who are interested in being a member of the South Indian movie still cameramen's Association.

 

3.The producer's association will decide whether the films made at the cost of four crore rupees are a small picture and the pictures taken in four crore rupees.The makers of small investment films have the full power to work with the workers and the necessary craft for their needs.

 

Only members of the Tamil Film Producers Union are accepted by members of the South Indian Motion Picture Photographers Society to work in Tamil films.

 

4.The producer must make a deal with the photographer after the decision is made.The contract should include the details of their pay and the way it is paid, and the procedure for the work.The producers' agreement has been accepted that no one should be hired today.

 

5.Still should be in the works until the film is finished and the film will be released from the start of the film.Image production is one year for other languages except Hindi.After that, it has been taken to pay a higher proportion of the time proportion.

 

6.Image producer Still should give the photographer the necessary filmmaking or the necessary raw materials.Still photographer must be washed or / or digitalized.His pay is accepted to give full detail to the contract in detail.

 

7.The photographer agrees not to give any photographs of the image of the film which is made of any kind.

However, it is agreed that the joint consultation committee will decide if the results are not resolved.

12.If the shooting in the city of Chennai does not come with the vehicle, ₹ 200 / - is accepted for a day.

 

13.Rs. 300 / - for traveling to outside town. If you travel more than 12 hours, rupee ₹ 500 / -.

 

14.Daily

 

Photographer ₹ 170 / - for the devotee ₹ 125 / -

 

This amount will not be provided day by day. It is agreed that the shooting will be given once a week or so on the departure day.

 

15.In exchange for another reason, another photographer will be sent from the payroll if he sends it.However, the photographs he has taken has been accepted that the Negative / Digital record is allocated to the producer.

 

16.The Tamil Film Producers Association and the Common Exemplary Procedures Organized by the Filmmakers Association apply to the South Indian Motion Picture Photographers Association.These Terms will be in force for 3 years from 31st to 12th February. After that, both parties have to decide.

 

17.If you add a language to Tamil in other Telugu languages like Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Tamil, then you will be given 1/2-callchat salary for each language.

 

18.When Tamilnadu Hindi takes 1/2-Batta as second language.

 

19.Even if there is any contradiction in the exemplary rules, all three parties must decide whether to add something new.

 

Representatives of the above-mentioned Tamil Film Producers Association and representatives of South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce and representatives of South Indian Motion Picture Photographers Association.
