About Union

 

Tamil Film Producers Association The South Indian Film Workers Federation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the south indian setting workers union Association.The terms for pay and wages for three years are accepted by all three parties.

 

The terms are as follows:

 

1.These exemplary rules only made for Tamil films.

 

2.Producers who are members of the Tamil Film Producers Union have been accorded priority to hire any of the people who are interested in being a member of the South Indian setting workers union Association.

 

3.The producer's association will decide whether the films made at the cost of four crore rupees are a small picture and the pictures taken in four crore rupees.The makers of small investment films have the full power to work with the workers and the necessary craft for their needs.

 

Only members of the Tamil Film Producers Union are accepted by members of the South Indian setting workers union Society to work in Tamil films.

 

4.The work time is 8 hours.

 

Calculation time:

 

From 6am to 2pm

 

From 9 am to 6pm

 

Day 2 to 10pm

 

From 6pm to 2pm

 

From 10pm to 6pm

5.No one should be held responsible for jobs.

 

6.(a) If the work in the city limits of the Chennai city is not accepted,.

  • An additional 1/2-callsheet salary will be paid on Sundays and on holidays of the South Indian Film Workers Federation.

 

  • If there is no transport, the producers will pay for it.

 

  • Semester pay for 24 hours travel will be applicable to the holidays of Sunday and South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce.

7.When working on the outdoors, the set will be paid one-and-a-half times only for 12 hours.

12.The general implications of the Tamil Film Producers' Association and the Filmmakers Association are also applicable to the South Indian film and television forum workers community. These Terms will be in force for three years. After that, the two sides should decide and decide.
